Dandelions, apples, and horses Oh My

Monkey had fun taking photos the other night.  For once she actually listened and stopped and smiled for pictures!  Got to love it!  Skinny and Minny were also there so we got some pictures with them as well!

The family Picture saga....

So Monkey needs a family picture for daycare!  We don't have one, for some reason we forgot to get one at Tab's wedding when we were all looking good.  So tonight we had grandma come over and take a picture of course we were all in our IOWA best!  So we went downstairs, took a few with Monkey MAD and than we go these!  Along with some others that I will post tomorrow!

Shakin your booty!

Well Monkey's new obsession is her tutus............prefect gift Aunt Tara!  Here she is shakin her booty and of course wearing her purple fluffy terra that Hannah and Syd gave her!!!   Oh and she is getting good at jumping!

Monkey and the toad

We get toads in our steps going from our garage to our basement.  So on Monday I saved a toad from its doom of dehydration and brought it out for Monkey to see.  Of course once I got the camera out she was less interested and the toad was much faster!!!!

Monkey's Weekend at the river.

What did Monkey do this weekend?  Well LOTS!  Where to start?

 1-Chilled on the boat with Austin!

 2.  Chilled on the boat with dad-while mom drove!!!

 3.  Played on the beach with Gabe while we waited for Pete's Burgers!

 4.  Drew in the sand like a true artist!

 5.  Followed the girls around!

 6.  Eat Pete's Burgers with Grandpa!

 7.  Entertained everyone on the boat while wearing her new hat!

 8.  Went for a jetski ride with dad----faster is better!

 9.  Sat on dad's lap while watching the sunset (after we ate smores).

10.  Danced, danced danced!!!

A crazy week and a lazy photo!

So I feel like a terrible mom, aunt daughter etc.......no time to blog.......well on this blog anyway.  I feel like I am just keeping my head above water at school with class sizes of 20 in my digital camera class and a total of 120 students in a day and 30 blogs to read a week its crazy!  So this weeks theme for MCP Project 52 was lazy and as you know Monkey is anything but lazy!!!!!  So last night at 8ish I realized I hadn't taken a single pic of her all week and got the camera just in time to capture her chillin on the couch with her new (well gabe's old) leapster..........she loved it!!!  So with this nice long weekend ahead and someone we love very much's birthday on Tuesday, yes both Ikers and Daddy's bdays are tuesday so watch for a special post!!!!  I hope to take some great pics on the river and have a great post!
