Harper Jo Riehle  8 lbs. 6.6 oz 20 inches long born June 25th at 10:08.  After a very crazy morning our little acrobat was born.  If you don't all ready know she was in every position but the right one in the last 3 weeks and she still wasn't that morning, so after alot of thought we decided to have a c-section.
All went well, my drs were great!  Monkey is a very PROUD sister who gives her little sis LOTS of kisses!  So here are some photos for you to look at!  She changes everyday and everyday she gets her picture taken so stay tuned for lots more.  I just have to find time to do it all!!!!

Pool Time

So when you wake up at 4:30 and work on the blog, lots of posts in one day!!!!  Plus an updated Blue House Studio blog!

Like I said the morning was spent at the fair, the afternoon..........all afternoon was spent in the pool!  So here are some great pics of Gabe and Monkey.  Now Monkey didn't make quite the splash that Gabe made, but they both splashed so much that I had to refill the pool 5 times!  Lots of fun!!!  I will have to make some animated gifs of them going down the slide!

WOW!  WHAT A SPLASH!

I LOVE THE WATER!

GOOFING AROUND

I LOVE GABE!

NOT QUITE THE SPLASH!

SO I WILL JUST JUMP IN!

OR JUMP ON GABE!

AIR!

SO I WILL JUST RIDE ON GABE!

At the fair

Austin showed sheep at the Mighty Howard County Fair!  We went to see him and all the animals.  Of course we went scared of anything, I think she would have gotten in every pen the place!  I'm sure she will be a good showman of whatever she wants!
After a quick walk to see animals we ate at the Notre Dame Stand and ate pork sandwiches and Dutch Apple Pie and ice cream!  Yummy!!!!  We came home with Gabe and swam the rest of the day!  Just wait for those photos, I am downloading them- I figured out my high speed continuous shooting so I took TONS of pics!

FYI all of these lovely photos were taken with my phone, I forgot to grab my camera.

Father's Day Fun

So what do you do at 4:30 in the morning when you can't sleep....work on processing photos and your blog!  Yeah!  This little monkey needs to be born........not that I will be sleeping at 4:30 when it is....but..... oh well!

So here are some pics from father's day.  I made a little collage for daddy to take on the road of him and Monkey from that morning!  And than we went outside and filled pools, yes pools.....I sent Dennis to the store to buy a new pool that I too could sit in when it was hot this week.......he came back to the Cannon Ball Splash! Which you can't really see in these pictures, but just you wait until I post pics from Thursday of her and Gabe!!!!

We were getting "cold" which I now know is key word for tired.

A June Update!

Lots of things have been happening lately!  Warm weather, getting ready for a little brother or sister, a little landscaping, and lots of playing outside!  We have been having so much fun we never want to sleep, naps or at night!  So here are some really fun pictures of my summer so far!!!

A little fun in the water- we needed to clean the patio, but we ended up drinking more of the water than we used!

Daddy had to prep the dirt in the backyard for all of the plants we were going to plant.  Monkey was a BIG help!!!

I want to be just like daddy!

Now its time to plant the flowers, Austin came over and helped, it was fun!  Of course Monkey was the foreman for most of the time!!!

Of course the clothes ended up coming off because I had to play in the water!
That night we got visitors, they came to play with me!  We had lots of fun on the swingset and playing tag!

A memorable Memorial Day

After a number of graduation parties we finally made it to the river on Sunday, the hottest day of May!  It was great, Monkey had so much fun, we could barely get her in her life jacket before she was off to the jetski for a ride with daddy, or should I say off to give daddy a ride.  She wouldn't let Dennis drive!  No surprise there!

The boys also made a "fishing pole" so she got to fish with that, we forgot her fishing pole at home.  Uncle Tay will be happy to have a fishing buddy when he is at the river.

We ate Pete's burgers, played by the water and just had fun!!!
